Web EMBOSS (wEMBOSS) is a "featured" web-based interface for EMBOSS, which provides the user with a personal work space alongside the server. wEMBOSS allows you or organize your work by creating projects and subprojects and being able to save results for easy recover later. It includes keyword searches for programs and links to on-line application documentation.
